This panel will discuss the faculty hiring process and how COVID-19 has impacted faculty hiring. We will discuss how committees find candidates, the selection process, and expectations. Drs. Christine Leong and Andrew Halayko will share their insight and experiences as part of faculty search committees and on what makes a strong faculty candidate.
